The Hill House enjoys a fantastic position on the hill behind Hawley House. Surrounded by the Rubicon Estate paddocks and bushland, the house features sweeping panoramic views across countryside towards the sea. The Hill House is fully self-contained with four bedrooms and two bathrooms the house comfortably sleeps groups of up to ten people, which makes it ideal for family getaways. An 1870s Victorian construction, the Hill House was relocated to the Hawley property in 1978, and still retains many of its original features. Sleeping configuration 4 bedrooms - 1x King, 2x Double + single bed and 1 x two single beds
